ÓGGAPlay x St. Cronan’s Boys National School – Venue in Bray
Ladies and gentlemen and children of all ages, ÓGGAPlay are delighted to let you know that yet another venue, St. Cronan’s Boys National School in Bray, is now on board and part of the ÓGGAPlay mission. With each new venue we are giving more young Irish kids more access to the game we love and helping to build communities from a younger age.
Why St. Cronan’s Boys National School?
After our first chat with Eoghan, Principal at St. Cronan’s Boys National School, we knew they’d be a perfect fit for what we’re doing here at ÓGGAPlay. The venue and facilities themselves are great, a lovely school and relaxed place for our parents who want to enjoy and watch their little star in action. Beyond the facilities though Eoghan shares our passion for Gaelic Football, community and helping to guide and nurture young kids through sport.
Speaking about ÓGGAPlay Principal Eoghan had this to say:
“We are very happy to be working with ÓGGAPlay and helping provide this excellent Early Learning activity for children in the area, For us it was a no brainer to get involved and we’re happy to be part of the OGGAPlay Team. Would recommend OGGAPlay to any parent who want to develop their child through sport.”

Do You Know?
St. Cronan’s Boys’ National School, founded in 1820, has a strong tradition in Gaelic football with county championships and Coughlin Cup victories in Gaelic football. It remains the oldest primary school in Bray, named in honour of Saint Cronan, whose feast day falls on April 28th. The fact that ÓGGAPlay classes are being held where a strong tradition of Gaelic Football has been for decades, will surely spur our Stars on even more and we’re excited for the classes to begin.
